The Cover Design of my New Book

What do you think about the design of the front cover and the back cover of my next coming bazi book which I used 2 years to produce? The total words count is 36600!

See what can feng shui tell you before it happens?

I have compared my predictions earlier Master Lee’s Prediction for year of dragon 2012 (article dated 25 Dec 2011)with what have happened recently and found that apart from seeing the earthquake in Sumatra, you will notice the following :-

I said : You will notice that there is no direct officer 正官 in the bazi four pillars 四柱of the li chun 立春. Direct officer 正官in bazi refers to officer, government, and leader. It is also a tough year for governments to win the support from their people. The trust, support and confidence of the people towards their governments are generally low. Hence, we will expect to see some demonstrations against the governments. As many have said that this is a year of ‘election’ whereby there are going to have 59 countries in the world that are going to hold their general elections on 2012, I would predict there will be more ruling governments that are going to lose their power in the election or the number of seats that they will win may be decreased due to the mentioned fact.

Also, the presence of star no 7, the broken army, 破军 means war, robbing, serious argument will be at the 乾宫 qian master palace. The 乾宫qian master palace is the palace for father, King, Head, President or Prime Minister. Therefore, it is not an easy year for male leaders and CEO of the companies.

You notice :-

I said : The li chun falls on 4 Feb 2012 1820. I have to remind you that ONLY those babies who are born on and after this time are considered dragon babies. The bazi four pillars 四柱of the li chun is with the day master 日元of yi plant 乙木. The bazi four pillars 四柱 are 壬辰年, yang water dragon year, 壬寅月 yang water tiger month, 乙未日yi plant goat day and 乙酉时 yi plant rooster time. It is a time that is full of plants.

Basically, Bazi is similar to Einstein’s theory of relativity, the balance point. If your day master is plant and you find that there are too many plant elements in the 4 pillars, then do not use that element anymore. Instead, when you find that there are too few plants, then use it.

In the case of the li chun 立春for the year of dragon, it requires gold / metal elements to trim and beautify the plants. Therefore, the world economy requires the support of gold-related industries such as banking and finance, gold trading etc. 金融市场主導经济.

You notice:-

You can notice, the logo of the Public Bank is formed by putting two bagua together to form the number 8 We are presently in period 8 (period 2004-2023) number 8 is the King now in the flying star. On top of that, it is the wealth star.

In Master Lee’s Prediction for year of dragon 2012 (article dated 2 Jan 2012)

I said : Star no 6 武曲 will enter to the center of the flying star chart this year. The star that is in-charge in the year of dragon is star no 6. 武曲. Star no 6, 武曲 means 武官army, 偏财 indirect wealth. Thus, this is a year that the army will control and this is good time for the gaming industry.

You notice:

I should say this is a year for the army and police to show their power!

I said : We can notice star no 3, the argument star, enters into the Kun palace at the South West. The Kun palace is a place for lady master, mother and elderly ladies. Thus, there will be more arguments, bad-mouthing and back stabbings which involve lady leaders and elderly ladies.

I said : The year of dragon is 壬辰 which is strong water dragon. The dragon will bring a lot of water.

Feng Shui Review of the One Residence, Sungai Ara, Penang

It has been some times that I have not shared my findings about any new property project in Penang.

I have just gone to the new property project, the One Residence, Sungai Ara Penang for feng shui audit and would like to share my review about the feng shui there.

Good Point:-

It is hard to find an air well in any new property project but we could find it in One Residence. I said in my book HOW TO ENHANCE YOUR LIFE WITH GOOD FENG SHUI? page 112 that:-

Air well is called 天井 heaven well and you could find it in the old type of Chinese houses 四合院where the sun could shine into the house and the rain could come into the house. Water is money.

Having the sun shining through the air well will increase the positive energy or ‘yang qi’ to the house, especially if your house is not bright enough. Thus, if you buy a house and there is an air well whereby the sun can shine into the house, please try not to close up the air well.

Even though the water cannot come into the houses of One Residence but the Sunlight increase the yang energy. I have said many times that feng shui is about how you balance out the yin and yang energy. Thus, this is a fantastic design.

Bad Point:-

1. A lot of people thought that those houses face the North West and South East that completed in period 8 (2004-2023) will have auspicious feng shui. As a matter of fact, not all North West and South East are good. I said in my book HOW TO ENHANCE YOUR LIFE WITH GOOD FENG SHUI? page 28 that:-

If you are looking for a house, the direction of the main door is important. Please refer to the list below to find good main door directions.

Year of Completion: 1984 – 2003 (Period 7 Properties)
Door Facing Direction (face E & W)

W2 酉 262.5 – 277.5
E2 卯 82.5 – 97.5
W3 辛277.5 – 292.5
E3 乙97.5 – 112.5
SE1 辰112.5 – 127.5
NW1 戌292.5 – 307.5

Year of Completion: 2004 – 2023 (Period 8 Properties)
Door Facing Direction (face NW & SE)

NE1 丑22.5 – 37.5
SW1 未202.5- 217.5
SE3 巳142.5 – 157.5
NW3 亥322.5 – 337.5
NW2 乾307.5 – 322.5
SE2 巽127.5 – 142.5

However, some of the units of the One Residence, the main door direction face :-

辰 SE1 and 戌 NW1 which is 损财伤丁 inauspicious for wealth and people. Hence you should alter the direction of the main door to:-

SE3 巳142.5 – 157.5
NW3 亥322.5 – 337.5
NW2 乾307.5 – 322.5
SE2 巽127.5 – 142.5

I would like to recommend you to change it to one of the 易经64卦:-

雷地豫卦 333/336 degree

地天泰卦 135.5/138 degree

地山谦卦 311.5/313 degree

天地否卦 315.5/318 degree

2. Like many other projects, the toilet of the master bedroom is right on top of the main door.

BERSIH 3.0

I have compared my prediction earlier Master Lee’s Prediction for year of dragon 2012 (article dated 25 Dec 2011) with what has happened yesterday and I noticed that I wrote this:-

You may notice that I have never wear a yellow color shirt as yellow is not my favorable color according to my bazi. However, I strongly support BERSIH as 国家国家，有国才有家，我爱我的国家！I love my country, Malaysia . 大家都热血沸腾，因为我们热爱我们的国家因此我们走出来了.

My first book in Chinese

Great! It is a good day to be written into my story as today I have completed editing my forth book. Also, it is in fact my first book in Chinese. It is ready to go for printing and permit application now.

After spending 2 years and surprised to find out that the total words has actually come up to be more than 35500 words. Total pages is 123 pages of A4 size paper size. It is really unbelievable that I and my team have done it! Wow….feeling great now.

I-Ching explain the theory of the Universal.

Those who have been following my blog will know that I love I-Ching 《易经》 so much and a lot of knowledge we are using today is originated from I-Ching including bazi fortune telling. Thus, I m trying to explain this complicated knowledge in my next coming bazi book in a lay man way and the following is part of it……

孔子深受《易经》的影响, 他在老年才读《易经》,他对它爱不释手, 他曾遗憾为何老年才接触了《易经》.其实今天我们所用的文字好多原自于《易经》. 而《易经》不仅是本占卜的书, 它包罗万象. 它更是本数理的书, 因此《易经》提倡什么东西都可以算,包括可以用一个人的生辰八字來算命.

《易经》的上古(6000-7000年前)的代表人物是伏羲氏,他创立了<八卦>.

《易经》的中古(3500年前)的代表人物是周文王, 他创立了<六十四卦>.

《易经》的下古(2500年前)的代表人物是孔子, 他撰写了<十翼>.

《易经》在讲解宇宙一个不变的道理, 那就是顺乎自然, 老子所说的”道法自然”, 河和山都是弯弯曲曲,告诉我们一个人不可以太阳太刚烈,不要直直的,应柔的时候要柔. 物极必反, 其实<物极必反>这个成语也来自《易经》.

《易经》说无极生太极, 就是说万物从无至有, 宇宙太阳系里的太阳和星球不是由一个尘开始吗? 万物从无至有; 接下来是太极生两仪, 就是说万物生而后有阴阳, 两仪生四象, 四象生八卦, 八八卦六十四卦.

Earthquake at Aceh, North Sumatra, Indonesia

Amitaba, hope that the impact of the 8.7 earthquake at the Aceh, North Sumatra, Indonesia is at the minimum level and let us pray for the victims.

I hope nobody will blame me for using this tragedy to promote my accurate prediction again. It is never my intention to do so!

The earthquake happened at 16:38:37 11 April 2012. This is the hour that fall under the time of 2 dragons at the year of yang water dragon and the month of dragon as well. In Chinese it is defined as 双龙出海 two dragons come from the sea, Also, It was happened on the day of yang tiger and the hour of monkey. Tiger and monkey is a clash and monkey and dragon is 辰申二合为水 the combination of dragon and monkey will become water. Thus, too much of water, tsunami!

Furthermore, the day pillar is yang tiger which the horse star that block the road and horses always move about and cannot stop or stay calm easily, coupled with the crush, and hence earthquake 壬寅日是截路空亡驿马星, 申寅都是四长生驿马, 马常动, 停不下来, 申寅又相冲, 因此地动.

The big water dragon is showing its power at the South East whereby the most auspicious star five yellow is there as what I had predicted since last year.

Basic Feng Shui Class 3.0

A lot of people wrote to me and asked me when can I conduct a feng shui class for them and promised them that I will do it when I find time.

Here go the plan:-

1. Objective of the class: A lot of people have the same feeling like me that they are confused when they start to learn feng shui as there are many schools of thought. Different feng shui masters will tell them different version of theories. As a matter of fact, a lot of times I have to spend a lot of my time explaining to my clients why other feng shui masters told them differently. Hence, it is important we go back to basic and core of feng shui. We will not go wrong if we go back to the basic. It is similar to “If you do not understand a complicated mechanical engineering theory, then go back to the Newton Law which is the basic for the mechanical engineering.” I will bring you to the right place to start by understanding the core of feng shui through the truth of I-Ching, Bagua, 5 elements, yin and yang, hardware and software of feng shui which are called the luan tou and the li qi. There will be more to be learned from me personally in the class than through my book if time allowed. I think this class is going to be a good start for those new feng shui learners and feng shui lovers. Also, you will learn from me how I have managed to predict the earthquakes in Japan, the crisis in the Middle East, flood in Australia and Kuala Lumpur and etc.

2. Fee: RM128 per pax. My book with the title of “How to Enjoy Your Life with Good Feng Shui?” will be given free of charge to you if you sign up for this class. The book will cost you RM36.80 if you purchase from the book shops.

How can I be more clever?

For those who have attended my feng shui seminars recently, I have informed you all of one of the methods to enhance your intelligence. It is particularly important for those students, R&D engineers, programmers, designers and etc. As a matter of fact, there are many methods to determine the 文昌位 place of intelligence:-

1. Most accurate method and it does not change is according to the bazi of a person. Thus, no matter where the person goes to, it can be applied.

2. Look for the star no 4 (根据坐山方而非向水方因为坐方为丁而向方为财) of the house according to the direction of the house.

3. Look for the annual flying star no 4, but it always changes annually and hard to apply as you cannot change your place of study every year, right? This year, it is at the East sector.
