Fee Calculation Example:

a) Condominium (1,000 sq. ft.)

• Rate: RM0.50 per sq. ft.
• Calculated Fee: 1,000 x RM0.50 = RM500
• Base Consultation Fee: RM600 (Minimum charge applied)
• If the area is nearby Air Itam, no transport charge is applied.
• Total Payable: RM600

b)Office (2,000 sq. ft.)

• Rate: RM0.70 per sq. ft.
• Calculated Fee: 2,000 x RM0.70 = RM1400
• If the area is at Bayan Lepas, transport charge RM50 is applied.
• Total Payable: RM1400 + RM50 = RM1450

费用计算示例：

a) 公寓（1,000平方英尺）

• 费率：每平方英尺50马币
• 计算费用：1,000 x RM0.50 = RM500
• 基础咨询费：RM600 (适用最低收费)
• 如果地点靠近亚依淡地区，则不收取交通费。
• 应付总额：RM600

b) 办公室（2,000平方英尺）

• 费率：每平方英尺70马币
• 计算费用：2,000 x RM0.70 = RM1400
• 如果地点位于Bayan Lepas地区，则需收取50令吉的交通费。
• 应付总额：RM1400+RM50=RM1450
