Fee Calculation Example:
a) Condominium (1,000 sq. ft.)
- Rate: RM0.70 per sq. ft.
- Calculated Fee: 1,000 x RM0.70 = RM700
- Transportation and Accommodation Charges is RM628
- Base Consultation Fee: RM1500 (Minimum charge applied)
- Total Payable: RM1500
b) Office (2,000 sq. ft.)
- Rate: RM1.00 per sq. ft.
- Calculated Fee: 2,000 x RM1.00 = RM2000
- Total Payable: RM2000 + RM628 = RM2680
