  1. Processing of report
    1. Report processing will take approximately two (2) business weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please expect to hear back by the end of the aforementioned duration.
  2. Report content
    1. Report content will consist of information obtained from your feng shui audit, including:
      1. facts;
      2. signals; and
      3. auspicious date(s).
    2. Please note that the auspicious date selection involves investigation from all aspects.
    3. Only one (1) date will be provided upon request.
    4. Should there be a request of new auspicious date, a red packet of any amount as a token is required.
  3. Post-completion of report
    1. Upon receipt of report, any questions concerning the report can be sent strictly within five (5) business days (“Follow-up Duration”).
    2. Any questions outside of the report, including but not limited to technical questions about feng shui theory [will not be responded to?].
    3. Questions can only be sent via Communication via other platforms, including but not limited to telephone, Whatsapp, Zoom, Skype, will not receive a response.
    4. Scheduling a Tele-Consultation
      Should you wish to discuss your report in a follow-up call, a 30-minute tele-consultation session can be arranged for an additional fee of RM150. Please contact Master Lee directly at masterlee@penangfengshui.com to check his availability and book a time that is convenient for both parties.
    5. A maximum of ten (10) questions are allowed in one (1) email.
    6. Further follow-ups after the first follow-up email will be allowed only strictly within the Follow-up Duration.
    7. Following expiry of the Follow-up Duration, any questions concerning the report will not receive a response.
  4. After Audit Questions
    1. Any questions following the audit must be sent via email along with the reports previously provided to you, as we do not retain the hard copies.
    2. When submitting your inquiries, please ensure they are illustrated clearly with drawings where necessary. We will be able to provide a response once we receive these clear details from you.
    3. Please also note that we do not respond to questions regarding audits completed more than one year ago.
