  1. Appointments
    1. Feng Shui appointments (“Appointments”) are on weekdays 11am.
    2. Appointments will be available on weekends or public holidays, depending on Master Lee’s availability.
    3. Under any exceptional circumstances when weekend appointments are unavoidable, a surcharge of RM300 will be applied.
    4. Consultation Fee (Ang Pao)
      As a token of appreciation for his expertise, the consultation fee is traditionally presented in the form of an Ang Pao (red packet) to Master Lee upon completion of the audit.
    5. Appointment Scheduling
      Appointments with Master Lee are typically scheduled at least two (2) business weeks in advance. During peak periods, the waiting time may extend to two (2) months or longer. In the event of a client cancellation or postponement, Master Lee shall offer an earlier date to those on the waiting list.
    6. Appointment Confirmation & Policy
      All appointments are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. A proposed time slot will be held for you for 48 hours upon proposal to client (the “Holding Period”). If no confirmation is received within the Holding Period, the time slot will be released and made available to other clients.
  2. Feng Shui Audit
    1. Please note that the auspicious date selection involves investigation from all aspects.
    2. Only one (1) date will be provided upon request.
    3. Should there be a request of new date, Ang Pow of any amount as a token is required.
  3. Communication
    1. Questions can only be sent via email. Communication done through other platforms, including but not limited to telephone, Whatsapp, Zoom, Skype, will not receive a response.
    2. A maximum of ten (10) questions are allowed
    3. in one (1) email.
    4. Questions aimed at learning, including but not limited to technical questions about feng shui audit, will not receive a response.
  4. After Audit Questions
    1. Any questions following the audit must be sent via email along with the reports previously provided to you, as we do not retain the hard copies.
    2. When submitting your inquiries, please ensure they are illustrated clearly with drawings where necessary. We will be able to provide a response once we receive these clear details from you.
    3. Please also note that we do not respond to questions regarding audits completed more than one year ago.
